Public Liability Insurance
Peak Performance Sports Ltd carries comprehensive Public Liability Insurance to provide reassurance and protection for all our organised activities, including holiday camps, sports sessions, birthday parties, and other programmes.

We are insured through Protectivity Insurance (Protectivity is a trading name of Starpeak Insurance Solutions Ltd). Our policy (Policy Number: 444900329999) covers our business operations in the United Kingdom, including the provision of holiday camps, sports birthday parties, sport camps, and before/after school sessions across a range of activities. The Limit of Indemnity for Public Liability is £5,000,000 for any one occurrence. The current policy is valid from 26 January 2026 to 25 January 2027 inclusive.

This insurance provides cover for legal liability and related costs arising from accidental injury to third parties (including participants and members of the public) or damage to third‑party property caused by our activities, subject to the full terms, limits, and exclusions of the policy. The full insurance schedule and policy documents are available on request.

Employer’s Liability Insurance
In addition to public liability cover, we also maintain Employer’s Liability Insurance as required by UK law, providing protection in the unlikely event of claims related to our staff while they are carrying out duties on behalf of the company.
