Holiday Camp Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all Peak Performance Sports holiday camp bookings. By registering a child for any Peak Performance Sports programme, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Peak Performance Sports aims to provide clear, fair and transparent policies for all families while ensuring camps can operate safely and effectively.
1. Parent / Guardian Cancellation
1.1 More than 14 days before the camp start date
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the first day of camp, you will receive:

A full refund minus a £10 administration fee, or
-
The option to transfer your booking to another available PPS camp date.
1.2 Between 7 and 14 days before the camp start date
If cancellation is made 7–14 days before the camp begins, you will receive:
-
A 50% refund, or
-
A credit note for the full amount to be used on a future PPS camp (valid for 12 months).
1.3 Less than 7 days before the camp start date
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the camp start date, refunds cannot normally be provided due to staffing, venue and preparation costs already incurred.
However, at our discretion we may offer:

A credit note for a future camp where reasonable notice is given.
2. Non-Attendance
If a child does not attend camp without prior notice:
-
No refund or credit can be issued.
3. Illness or Medical Circumstances
If a child is unable to attend due to illness or injury, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
-
A credit note for a future camp, particularly where medical evidence is provided.
Each case will be considered fairly and at the discretion of Peak Performance Sports.
4. Cancellation by Peak Performance Sports
In rare circumstances, Peak Performance Sports may need to cancel a camp session due to:
-
extreme weather
-
venue closure or unavailability
-
staff illness
-
unforeseen operational circumstances
-
force majeure events (e.g. government restrictions, pandemics).
Where this occurs, families will be offered either:
-
a full refund, or
-
the option to transfer the booking to another camp date.
5. Behaviour or Conduct
Peak Performance Sports maintains clear behaviour expectations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
If a child is removed from camp due to serious or persistent misconduct, refunds will not be issued. Please see our behaviour policy.
6. Transfers Between Camps
Where space allows, parents may request to transfer a booking to a different PPS camp date.
Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the camp start time.
All transfers are subject to availability.
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
