Our Commitment to Safety and Compliance
At Peak Performance Sports, the safety, wellbeing and welfare of every child is our highest priority. We operate under a comprehensive safety and risk‑management framework to ensure all activities are delivered in a safe, structured and appropriately supervised environment.
We take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all children at all times. Our procedures are regularly reviewed and updated in line with current legislation and best‑practice guidance.
Our Safety Framework
To maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and operational safety, we ensure:
-
Detailed venue and activity‑specific risk assessments
-
Enhanced DBS‑checked staff
-
NSPCC or FA safeguarding‑trained coaches
-
Paediatric first aid trained staff on site
-
Public liability and employer’s liability insurance
-
Clearly defined emergency procedures and evacuation plans
Risk assessments are completed for each venue and activity to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures. These are reviewed regularly and updated when necessary or following any incident or change in guidance.
