Holiday Camp Supervisor – Portsmouth
📍 Location: Portsmouth
🕐 Hours: School Holidays — Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30
📅 Closing Date: 30th June 2026
About the Role
You will lead and support a team of instructors to deliver outstanding holiday camps for children aged 5–13. You will plan daily activities, ensure participant safety, conduct risk assessments and act as the main point of contact for parents and guardians.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of camp instructors

Plan and manage daily camp activities, tailored for participant needs
-
Oversee safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care

Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety and risk assessments
Essential Requirements
-
Previous experience managing a sports or youth activity team
-
Relevant qualifications in sports coaching, teaching, or youth work
-
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
-
Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills

Multi-Sports Instructor – Portsmouth
📍 Location: Portsmouth
🕐 Hours: School Holidays — Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

About the Role
Support delivery of multi-sports activities for children aged 5–13. You will work as part of a team and help create fun, engaging sessions tailored to participants’ interests and abilities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead sports activities and game sessions

Supervise groups of children in line with policies and safeguarding procedures

Help plan daily activity rotation with other coaches
Essential Requirements
-
Experience working with children
-
Coaching or sports qualifications (teaching, Multi-Sports, NGB awards etc.)

Great communication skills, enthusiastic team player

About the Role
Deliver quality football coaching sessions to participants aged 5–13. You’ll plan and lead drills, games and activities that promote skill development and fun.

Support team coaching staff and comply with all safety protocols
Essential Requirements

FA Level 2 Football Coaching qualification (minimum)

At least 1 year’s experience working with children
